DELIVERY CONDITIONS
Your orders will be shipped within 3 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery time varies between 1-3 business days depending on your region.
For custom-made products, the preparation time is indicated on the product page.
In case of a delay, you will be contacted using the contact information provided. Shipments are not made on public holidays.
Your orders are delivered by our contracted shipping companies with Zer's guarantee. For out-of-stock items, you will be notified of the new stock date; refunds will be issued for items that cannot be supplied.
WARRANTY AND RETURN CONDITIONS
Return Conditions
The product must be unused, with the label intact, and in a resalable condition.
Washed, used, or damaged items are non-returnable.
In promotional purchases (e.g., buy 3, pay for 2), the promotional price is recalculated based on the items returned.
When will I receive my refund?
Quality control checks are performed on returned products within 7 business days of receiving them.
For approved returns, refunds will be transferred to the bank within 7–14 business days.
Credit card refunds will be reflected on your card within a few days, depending on your bank.
For purchases made in installments, the refund amount will be credited back to your card in installments by your bank.
Defective Product
Zer is fully responsible for defective products.
Exchanges are possible if stock is available; you can also request a refund if you prefer.
Cash on Delivery Refunds
For cash-on-delivery refunds, providing your IBAN and Full Name is mandatory.
If you have any missing information, our team will contact you via WhatsApp.
Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after the IBAN is provided.
Product Exchange
There is no change in the particle.
You can return the product and reorder the product you want.
